Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Bengaluru for a Senior Admissions Counselor. In this role, you will oversee the admissions process, provide guidance to prospective students, and assist in converting inquiries into enrollments. Key responsibilities include communicating with potential candidates, offering advice on admission requirements and application processes, and maintaining positive and professional relationships with students. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with marketing and academic teams to ensure consistent enrollment goals and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with potential students and stakeholders.
  • Customer service ability to address inquiries and guide students effectively through the admissions process.
  • Sales and persuasion skills for achieving application and enrollment goals.
  • Experience or familiarity with the higher education sector and admissions process.
  • Proactive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Previous experience in admissions, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
