Job Description – Executive - Concierge

As a Concierge Executive, you will be part of the lifestyle management team, assisting members with

their daily requests and delivering high-quality, personalized service.

Job Responsibilities


• Handle day-to-day member requests, including restaurant reservations, travel bookings, gifting,

event ticketing, and deliveries.


• Assist in curating unique lifestyle experiences and fulfilling personalized requirements.


• Ensure accurate updates in the CRM system and maintain member profiles with preferences and

feedback.


• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver services within agreed

timelines.


• Support in resolving service-related issues with professionalism and prompt follow-up.


• Maintain discretion and uphold the highest standards of client service.

Required Qualifications


• Possess 1-2 years of experience in Front office, Concierge


• Excellent written & oral communication - fluent English a MUST. Other languages are

advantageous.


• Work background in any of the following sectors/areas: Personal Assistant, Guest Relations,

Lifestyle, luxury travel & leisure.


• Knowledge in handling executives, senior executives & VIP's.


• Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the luxury lifestyle and concierge industry.
