Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Department: Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads or clients as per the given database.
  • Introduce the company's products/services in a professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments or meetings for the counseling teams.
  • Maintain and update call records, follow-up details, and schedules in CRM & Excel.
  • Coordinate with Team Leader to ensure smooth follow-up and meeting execution.
  • Handle basic inbound queries and transfer them to the concerned person if required.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.
  • Excellent communication skills e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and maintain a professional tone.
  • Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.

Work Schedule:

  • 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday]
