  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the resort's services and amenities.
  • Identify target audiences and craft tailored campaigns.
  • Branding & Promotions:
  • Design and execute promotional offers and packages to attract customers.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Event Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the events team to market resort-hosted events such as weddings, corporate retreats, and holiday packages.
  • Develop partnerships with event planners and tour operators.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market trends and opportunities.
  • Gather guest feedback to improve marketing strategies and offerings.
  • Partnerships & Collaboration:
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, influencers, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with local businesses for cross-promotional opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
  • Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of hospitality and travel trends is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
