Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Marketing Executives who will play a key role in building strong relationships with farmers, cattle owners, and local communities. The role involves identifying potential suppliers, creating awareness about our initiatives, and establishing agreements that ensure a steady supply of raw materials for our operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and connect with cattle owners, farmers, and rural communities.
  • Promote awareness about our company's sustainable initiatives in fertilizers and biogas production.
  • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements for the supply of raw materials.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the suppliers and the company.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
  • Salary:
    ₹15,000 per month for first 6 months.
