Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Quick Commerce Manager to drive sales, manage operations, and optimise performance across instant delivery platforms and Amazon P3P/3P channels. This role requires strong marketplace expertise, operational excellence, and the ability to build growth strategies tailored to both hyperlocal and online retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quick Commerce Management: Lead and manage product listings, assortments, pricing, promotions, and growth on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and BigBasket.
  • Amazon P3P / 3P Channels: Manage product onboarding, promotions, visibility, and inventory for Amazon P3P and 3P channels.
  • Assortment Planning: Identify fast-moving SKUs and build quick commerce-friendly product bundles to maximize sell-through.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Work with internal teams and fulfilment partners to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment across platforms.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Develop and execute promotional strategies, campaigns, and partnerships to drive visibility and sales.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use tools and analytics to track sales performance, stock levels, order trends, and campaign ROI, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaise with account managers from Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, and other platforms to strengthen relationships and secure growth opportunities.
  • Customer Experience Support: Monitor reviews, ratings, and issue resolutions to ensure a smooth customer journey across quick commerce and Amazon channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in eCommerce / marketplace management, with at least 2+ years in quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
  • Proven track record of handling Amazon P3P/3P channels.
  • Strong understanding of assortment planning, pricing, and quick commerce dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory and order management tools (Unicommerce or similar).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & spoken).

Good to Have:

  • Experience in softlines categories such as jewellery, handbags, apparel, beauty, or similar.
  • Prior experience with other Indian marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, etc.).
  • Knowledge of quick commerce trends, consumer behavior, and growth strategies.
