Role Description

The Visual Merchandising Intern will assist in designing and implementing visual displays to enhance the overall shopping experience and drive sales. Key responsibilities include creating attractive window displays, arranging in-store layouts, supporting marketing campaigns through merchandising, and collaborating with the design and sales teams. This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru, providing hands-on experience in a professional retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team and stakeholders.
  • Experience or interest in retail and customer service.
  • Understanding of sales strategies and the ability to connect merchandising to improved customer engagement.
  • Creative skills in designing and executing visually appealing window displays and in-store aesthetics.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and enthusiasm for learning about visual merchandising in a retail context.
