About the role:

As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be primarily responsible for Execution and upkeep of Retail Store presence to ensure the continuance of the UL Brand experience at the Store and driving Revenue. In short, you will be the 'gatekeeper' of our Stores as spaces and point of contact through excellent visual merchandising.

Roles and Responsibilities.


• Plan, strategize and manage the Pan India Visual Merchandising and space design for the brand.


• Manage and handle space planning and store layout in given areas across stores.


• Manage the VM Team and train retail associates.


• Responsible for launching all the new stores for Urban Ladder across the nation.


• Provide consistent VM presentation of the brand across retail stores.


• Organize and create mock ups and tests, sourcing material, samples, props etc.


• Enhance space management of the stores by optimizing plano-gram.


• Develop and control budgets for any VM activities as well for the New Stores.


• Research and integrate innovative visual merchandising concepts.

Desired Skills and Functional Experience:


• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.


• Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills Photoshop, Illustrator, Auto CAD.


• A design education and experience in retail design are definitely great to have.
