Deputy Manager - Tractor Finance 

Job Purpose 

Achieving targets in various assigned parameters. Oversee Tractor Finance business while maintaining compliance. Responsible for handling partners and agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities- Achieve collections target by visiting customers and agencies.
- Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
- Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during product repossession.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
- Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
- Manage Daily Risk Report (DRR).
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
- Track cases individually.
- Ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
- Portfolio management.
- Debt collection strategy.
- Target achievement.
- Regulatory compliance.
- Reporting and analysis.
- Risk management.
- Team leadership.
- Vendor management.
- Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience- Proven experience in collections, debt recovery, or related financial services roles.
- Ability to monitor and report on performance metrics.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal guidelines related to finance and collections.
- Experience in portfolio and risk management.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and vendors.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with internal and external clients.
