Job Description

  • Developing sourcing strategies & helping to source alternative items.
  • Regularly contacting subcontractors to renegotiate the prices.
  • Resolving disputes and claims with the subcontractors.
  • Promoting best practice across the company and follow the company rules & regulations, integrity policies.
  • To develop new subcontractors based on capability, quality, and reliability. Maintain relationships and negotiate with subcontractors.
  • Interacting with all officials for a smooth procurement. (Site, R.O and H.O officials).
  • Present Monthly savings report to higher management with respect to budget.
  • Resolving all subcontracting related issues, Audit compilations, explanations to the authority.
  • Sourcing the most competitively priced materials and reviewing tenders and bids- support to tender department to get minimum price to get projects.
  • Making comparative statement & taking approval from all authorities.
  • Prepare work order to subcontractors, WO receipt acknowledgement , follow up for material delivery , coordination with site authorities & subcontractors.
