Job Location : Morena, Gwalior

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Excellence Professional to drive organizational excellence through effective implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Automotive standards. The role requires expertise in ISO standards, internal audits, document management, and business excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement, maintain, and continually improve management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards.
  • Conduct Internal Audits across departments to ensure compliance with system requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate Process Review Meetings (PRM) and Management Review Meetings (MRM); prepare reports, presentations, and action plans.
  • Manage Document Control processes to ensure accuracy, availability, and timely updating of policies, procedures, and records.
  • Support cross-functional teams in ISO implementation projects, ensuring readiness for external certification and surveillance audits.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on quality, EHS, and business excellence standards to employees across levels.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continual improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for external auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies.
  • Drive a culture of business excellence through process optimization, compliance assurance, and best practice sharing.

Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards.
  • Hands-on experience in Internal Auditing (Certified Internal Auditor preferred).
  • Proficiency in Document Control systems and records management.
  • Experience in facilitating PRMs and MRMs.
  • Expertise in ISO implementation projects and compliance monitoring.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Effective communication and training delivery abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
