Coordinate patient onboarding, documentation, and service activation.

Act as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring high satisfaction.

Liaise with nursing, physiotherapy, pharmacy, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

Maintain accurate patient records, service updates, and reports.

Support daily operations, admissions, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Handle patient queries, feedback, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Female candidates only
  • Graduate in any discipline (healthcare background preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory
