Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Tele caller to join our healthcare team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle incoming calls from patients, respond to their inquiries, and assist in booking appointments with healthcare professionals. This is a remote work opportunity, ideal for individuals who excel in communication and are passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Incoming Calls: Attend to inbound calls from patients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing relevant information.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients in booking appointments
  • Patient Information Management: Collect and update patient information in the system, ensuring all data is accurate and confidential.
  • Provide Information: Offer detailed information about services, healthcare professionals, and treatment options available.
  • Follow-up Calls: Make follow-up calls to patients to confirm appointments, reschedule if necessary, and ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any patient complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adhere to Protocols: Follow company policies and procedures regarding patient interactions and data handling.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, inquiries, and appointment schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; customer service is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil
  • Problem-solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive patient information.
  • Work Environment: Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace at home, and a reliable internet connection.
