Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive
Lead Generation Executive
to support business growth for our recruitment firm. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and generating leads for
IT and Non-IT staffing services
through multiple outbound and inbound channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B lead generation, especially within recruitment or staffing firms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified
    B2B leads
    for recruitment and staffing services
  • Identify potential clients (startups, SMEs, enterprises) across IT and Non-IT sectors
  • Conduct outbound lead generation via
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, cold calling, and job portals
  • Research target companies, hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers
  • Qualify leads based on hiring needs, budget, timelines, and decision authority
  • Maintain and update leads in
    CRM / ATS systems
  • Schedule introductory calls and meetings for the business development or sales team
  • Collaborate with recruiters to align client requirements and talent capabilities
  • Track lead conversion metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in
    lead generation / business development
    (recruitment or staffing industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of
    B2B sales and lead generation techniques
  • Hands-on experience with
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    , email outreach tools, and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong research and data mining abilities
  • Ability to work with targets and KPIs

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with
    IT staffing / recruitment firms
  • Familiarity with
    ATS / CRM tools
    (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Exposure to international markets (US, Middle East, or APAC)
  • Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing models (contract / permanent)
