Job Title: Chat Support Executive
Location: Sardar Estate, New VIP Road, Vadodara
Salary Range: As per company norms
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
About Us:
Mr Technology is a fast-growing eCommerce company dealing in mobile accessories and personalized products. We are looking for a Chat Support Executive who can provide excellent customer service through online chat platforms and ensure smooth communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries through chat support, WhatsApp, and email.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, delivery status, and services.
- Handle order-related issues and escalate technical or complex concerns.
- Maintain customer records and update details in CRM/Excel.
- Manage daily chat flow and ensure quick response time.
- Follow scripts, guidelines, and communication standards.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and dispatch teams for query resolution.
- Work towards customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication and typing skills.
- Good understanding of customer service etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats at once.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and order management tools.
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset.
- Experience in chat support or BPO preferred; freshers may also apply.
- Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduation.
