Job Description:

  1. Perform secretarial work provide MD with day-to-day administrative support.

  2. Their duties include answering phone calls Schedule VC meetings and managing correspondence.

  3. Managing Director's travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation).

  4. Managing Director's office systems, including data management and filing.

  5. Maintain records of Director's contacts.

  6. Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.

  7. Scheduling appointments.

  8. Mail / Letter Drafting.

  9. Strong communication skill. (Fluent English)

  10. Updated to new advanced technology

  11. All other duties & responsibilities that would be assigned by the management from time to

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,686.30 per month
