About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator with a background or strong interest in Digital Marketing. This is a remote opportunity where you will engage with clients, coordinate sales efforts, and help promote our intranet software solutions to businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Promote our Creative Social Intranet software and schedule product demos for interested leads.
  • Maintain a database of leads and client interactions.
  • Support the digital marketing team in SEO, SMO, and email marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support.
  • Assist in achieving team sales targets.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer handling ability.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SMO, social media outreach).
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking.
  • Must have a personal computer and a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Skills

  • Cold calling or lead generation experience.
  • Sales or marketing background (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Confidence in conducting online demo meetings.

Compensation

  • Fresher stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
  • Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.
