Lytegen is searching for a skilled Performance Marketer with specialization in Meta Ads to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Your insights and data-driven approach will help us achieve outstanding ROI and enhance our brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, execute, and manage full-funnel Meta ad campaigns aimed at driving traffic and conversions.
- Conduct thorough audience research to optimize targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Utilize A/B testing methodologies to improve ad creatives and messaging continuously.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Create comprehensive reports summarizing campaign performance and delivering actionable recommendations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging strategies to keep our advertising efforts competitive and effective.
RequirementsRequired Skills
- Strong expertise in running Meta Ads campaigns with proven results in driving conversions.
- Analytical skillset to interpret data and make impactful decisions.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and other tools relevant to Ad campaign tracking and measurement.
Experience with A/B testing and optimization for campaign success.
Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with creative teams and reporting to stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with Meta Ads.
- Track record of achieving measurable results, demonstrating strong ROI for ad spend.
- Knowledge of tracking tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
