Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide team members in managing clinician inquiries and patient-related coordination.
  • Monitor and organize clinician visit schedules, ensuring authorizations and compliance with prescribed frequency.
  • Address escalations proactively and provide real-time resolution support.
  • Drive performance by monitoring quality, productivity, and adherence to operational standards.
  • Manage database accuracy, reporting, and time-sensitive tasks with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and ensure SLA compliance.

Skills & Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma (any discipline).
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven analytical and database management skills.
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Willingness to work night shifts from our office location - Elippode, Trivandrum.
