About the Role

We're hiring freshers / 1 yr experienced to help automate business processes and build light internal tools. You'll get hands-on experience with no-code automations (n8n), contribute to backends and React frontends, and assist with AWS deployments using Docker and GitLab CI/CD.

This role comes with mentorship, structured onboarding, and real-world projects that will rapidly grow your technical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Document manual workflows with stakeholders and translate them into reliable n8n automations (webhooks, schedulers, branching, retries, alerts).

Build/consume REST APIs in (Express/Nest) and write small utilities that support automations.

Create simple React UIs (forms, dashboards, status pages) to run and monitor flows.

Containerize services with Docker and keep Dockerfiles/dev containers up to date.

Contribute to GitLab CI/CD pipelines (build/test, image scan, push to ECR, deploy to ECS/Fargate or Lambda/API Gateway).

Assist in managing AWS resources (S3, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager/SSM) and setting up basic monitoring/alerts.

Write clear documentation and runbooks; participate in on-call rotations with guidance.

Minimum Qualifications (Fresher / Entry-Level)

BE/BTech/BSc/BCA or equivalent; 2024/2025 pass-out (or similar).

Academic projects or coursework showing:

n8n (or similar no-code tools) workflows integrating 2–3 services via API/webhook.

fundamentals (async/await, REST, JSON, axios/fetch).

React basics (components, hooks, forms/state).

Git basics (branches, PRs/merge requests); exposure to GitLab preferred.

Docker intro (building images, running containers).

Comfort with AWS basics (any of ECS/Lambda/API Gateway/S3/CloudWatch) from labs or projects.

Strong written communication and documentation skills.

A learning mindset with eagerness to work on real-world process automation.
