Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR tasks including recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll preparation and attendance management.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR-related information.
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and warnings.
  • Assist in organizing training programs and staff meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or administrative role (preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
