JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role Summary
The Junior HR Executive will support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
KRA: Task / Activities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews).
- Support onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Assist in payroll inputs and compliance activities.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
- Support HR generalist activities across departments.
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Timely closure of positions.
- Accuracy in HR data management.
- Employee satisfaction with HR support.
- Compliance with statutory laws and policies.

Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit)
Required Skills
- Recruitment & generalist HR knowledge.
- Familiarity with HRM software.

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate or related industries.
- Exposure to payroll and compliance tools.
Attitude Required for This Position
- Responsible and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and approachable.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
