Role Overview

We're looking for a motivated, articulate, and creatively inclined Sales & Business Development professional who can help us grow our client base and strengthen relationships across the production and post-production ecosystem.

creative understanding and business strategy
— ideal for someone who loves cinema, advertising, and visual storytelling as much as they enjoy building partnerships and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in the film, ad, and content production space — including DPs, directors, producers, and agencies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Develop outreach campaigns (emails, calls, in-person meetings) aligned with Colorkaar's creative positioning.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and promotional materials.
  • Track project leads, maintain CRM updates, and ensure follow-ups are timely and professional.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate internally with the colorists and producers to craft tailored proposals.
  • Represent Colorkaar in industry events, festivals, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, client servicing, or production coordination — ideally within film, advertising, or creative industries.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for visual storytelling and post-production (interest in color grading or cinematography is a plus).
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, email tools, and structured outreach workflows.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a flexible, creative environment.
