We are looking for a skilled Team Leader Housekeeping to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and leadership, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of guests and staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance on best practices and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an advantage.
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
