Job Description – Market Research Trainee (B2B) | Bhubaneswar
Role Overview

We are looking for a
Market Research Trainee
to support
on-ground B2B market research
by engaging directly with
hospitals, gyms, corporates, colleges, educational institutions, MSMEs, and industrial units
. This is a
6-month trainee role
designed to build strong field research and data analysis skills, with a
potential transition into an Executive role
based on performance and business requirements.

₹15,000 per month + performance-based bonus

Career Progression

Upon
successful completion of 6 months
, and subject to
strong performance and company requirements
, the trainee
may be converted to a Market Research Executive role
with a starting salary of
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
.

Work Nature

  • 80% field work
    (on-ground visits, surveys, meetings)
  • 20% desk work
    (data compilation, analysis, and reporting)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    on-ground B2B market research
    across:
  • Hospitals & clinics
  • Gyms & fitness centers
  • Corporates & offices
  • Colleges & universities
  • MSMEs & industrial units
  • Collect
    primary data
    through surveys, interviews, and observations
  • Build and maintain
    structured databases
    of B2B entities
  • Validate, clean, and organize collected data
  • Prepare
    weekly and monthly research reports
  • Identify market trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for research alignment
  • Represent the organization professionally during field visits
