Role Overview:

Were looking for energetic and ambitious Management Trainees / Marketing Interns to join our 60-day internship program at Assotech World, Bhubaneswar.

The role offers a hands-on learning experience in real estate marketing, networking, and BTL execution. Selected interns will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to assist in on-ground activations, event coordination, and scheduling networking meetings with HNIs and potential investors across Odisha.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing and sales teams in BTL (Below-the-Line) activities and customer engagement events.
  • Identify, connect, and schedule meetings with HNIs, corporate professionals, and potential investors.
  • Assist in lead management, event follow-ups, and data collection during marketing activations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for execution of marketing campaigns and field promotions.
  • Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and on-ground brand events across key cities in Odisha.
  • Prepare daily reports and feedback summaries from meetings and activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / Marketing / Communications or equivalent program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident personality.
  • Comfortable with on-ground activities, travel, and client interaction.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Odia (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, well-presented, and willing to learn the business side of real estate marketing.
