Are you passionate about delivering accurate payroll solutions and exceptional employee service? As a US Payroll Case Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless payroll operations, resolving complex cases, and driving compliance within a dynamic, collaborative environment. Leverage your expertise in payroll, tax, and time operations to make a real impact—partnering with HR and finance teams, analyzing data for continuous improvement, and supporting our commitment to regulatory excellence.
Job Summary
As a US Payroll Case Analyst within our team, you will manage and resolve cases related to time operations, payroll, and tax within the ServiceNow platform. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions in compliance with US regulations, collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll discrepancies and tax-related issues, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of US payroll and tax laws and regulations. You will also provide exceptional customer service to employees by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in payroll and time operations, assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures, and participate in audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Job responsibilities
- Manage and resolve cases related to time operations, payroll, and tax within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions in compliance with US regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll discrepancies and tax-related issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US payroll and tax laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in payroll and time operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in US Payroll tax/state regulations/federal regulation is an add on
- Experience on Service Now and time operations query handling.
- Knowledge of basic automations such as Power Query / Excel (Consulting/Deployment).
