We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Junior Wedding Planner to join our team at Seventy Event Media Group. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in weddings or events.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Coordinate and plan weddings, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Create and manage timelines, budgets, and checklists for successful event execution.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing wedding concepts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Familiarity with wedding planning software and tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box to deliver innovative events.
