Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and client-focused wedding planner to join our weddings team. This role demands a strong background in
client servicing
, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for wedding planning and hospitality.

Note:
This position is based out of Mumbai office. Only Mumbai based candidates to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the
    primary point of contact
    for clients from onboarding through execution.
  • Understand the client's vision and translate it into a memorable wedding experience.
  • Coordinate across internal departments (design, production, hospitality, logistics).
  • Manage
    event timelines, vendor coordination, and budgets.
  • Handle client presentations and updates, and ensure high-touch communication throughout.
  • Be present on-site during events to supervise execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and manage guest experiences end-to-end.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of
    client servicing or account management experience
    (Wedding events/hospitality preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and presentation tools
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and travel for destination weddings
