Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong technical background in SAP S/4HANA Master Data Governance (MDG). The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on implementing and managing SAP S/4HANA MDG solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data governance principles and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design /support MDG configuration/ development of Business Partner/ Customer/ Vendor/Financial Objects/Material required and the ability to advise on the best practices in SAP MDG solution stack
  • Support deployment teams on data/ process modelling, UI Design, derivations, duplicate data checks, and Rule based Workflow (BRF PLUS) required
  • Provide best practice and development expertise in replication frameworks with data transfer, SOA, ALE/IDOC, key & value mapping, and MDG export, import, and conversion of master data required
  • Understand impacts of data requirements for BP to OTC/PTP with a particular focus on Customer and Supplier Master data and for MM to MTD.
  • Participation in Global Data Governance processes to ensure impacted stakeholders across PepsiCo are aware of new or changes to data standards.
  • Participate in planning and design sessions as required during project deployment projects.
  • Partner with the MDG Solution Architecture team to cover platform change management, including the monitoring of OSS Notes and RICEF changes impact on the platform.
  • Design, develop, and implement SAP S/4HANA MDG solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for data governance.
  • Perform system configuration and customization of SAP MDG applications.
  • Conduct testing and validation of MDG solutions to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA MDG issues.
  • Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures related to MDG.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices in data governance.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience working in a technology role supporting SAP deployment projects (S/4HANA experience preferred)
  • 6 + years of experience in Master Data Management & Data Governance.
  • Strong experience in implementation and integration of SAP MDG Technical solutions for various data domains like Customer /Vendor and Material master.
  • SAP Master Data design principles and key concepts of master data governance and MDG hub architecture in a global / multi national organization.
