  • Role: Offshore SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Techno-functional Consultant
  • Location: Remote (India)
  • Experience Required: 5+ years
  • Work Hours: Eastern Time Zone (EST)

Job Summary

The consultant will work closely with onshore Payroll Leads to assist with configuration, unit testing, and general customer support in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Mandatory Requirement: SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.

  • SAP number of years
  • SAP ECC number of years
  • S/4HANA – number of years
  • SAP HCM – number of years
  • SuccessFactors – number of years
  • SF Employee Central (EC) – number of years
  • SFEC Payroll – number of years

Payroll Functional/Technical Experience (with project count):

  • Read/Debug Payroll logs and analyze results
  • Work with declustered payroll result tables (RT, CRT, BT, etc.)
  • Custom PCR and schema enhancements
  • ABAP basics for reading/writing functional specifications
  • Payroll results reporting (standard/custom)
  • PCC (Payroll Control Center) configuration and issue resolution

Integration Experience (with project count):

  • SFEC integrations
  • BSI Tax Factory
  • SAP Finance (FI)
  • SAP Controlling (CO)
  • Third-party vendors (benefits, time, tax, etc.)
