Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Techno-Functional Expert in SAP FSRI (Financial Services Reinsurance) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep reinsurance domain expertise along with strong hands-on experience in the SAP FSRI solution. This role will lead the end-to-end implementation, act as the key liaison between business and technical teams and ensure the successful deployment and support of the FSRI solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP FSRI, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Configure FSRI modules such as contract management, revenue recognition, and ensure seamless integration with SAP FI/CO and other relevant modules.
  • Collaborate with SAP Basis, ABAP, and integration teams to maintain system performance and efficient data flow.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to drive successful adoption.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven expertise in SAP FSRI implementation and support.
  • Strong reinsurance domain knowledge with a clear understanding of business processes.
  • Hands-on experience in FSRI configuration and integration with SAP FI/CO.
  • Ability to work in a techno-functional capacity, bridging business and IT requirements.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional SAP teams (Basis, ABAP, Integration).
  • Strong skills in documentation, training, and UAT management.
  • Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality solutions.
