@Jetsynthesys is hiring for a motivated and detail-oriented
PMO Associate
 to assist the Head of Growth in managing projects, coordinating growth initiatives, and improving operational efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative digital company working across exciting verticals like esports, gaming, digital music, live events, and kids applications. You will support project tracking, stakeholder communication, data reporting, and process improvements while learning how growth and revenue strategies are executed at scale.

Job Location:- Pune

Key Responsibilities:-

 Project Coordination Support

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating growth projects, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Help document project plans, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Support the team in organizing cross-functional meetings and follow-ups.
  • Track progress of experiments, pilots, and strategic initiatives.

 Data Collection & Reporting

  • Collect data from various sources (Google Analytics, internal dashboards, campaign reports).
  • Assist in preparing weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards for growth KPIs.
  • Help monitor CAC, LTV, churn rate, activation, and revenue metrics.

 Process & Workflow Support

  • Support in developing and maintaining simple process templates and checklists for growth initiatives.
  • Help enforce project management best practices (task tracking, timelines, dependencies).
  • Assist in improving internal workflows to reduce inefficiencies.

 Cross-functional Communication

  • Coordinate communications between Growth, Product, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams.
  • Support follow-up on action items and deliverable deadlines.
  • Document meeting minutes and ensure timely dissemination of project status.

 Learning & Development

  • Learn about growth frameworks, digital marketing, product growth, and revenue models.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Develop an understanding of data-driven decision-making in a tech-first environment.

Requirements:-

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Management, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong interest in digital entertainment, esports, gaming, music, and technology.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic analytical skills, comfort working with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Google Sheets, etc.) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, SaaS, or tech products is helpful but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:-

  • Exposure to internships or projects related to digital marketing, project management, or business operations.
  • Passion for #gaming, music streaming, live entertainment, or kids digital products.
  • Basic knowledge of #data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau) is a plus.
