Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech or PMP certification

preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Civil Engineering professional to lead

the planning, execution, and delivery of premium corporate office building projects. This role

demands expertise in high-rise commercial structures, interior fit-outs, MEP coordination,

quality assurance, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track

record in managing large-scale corporate infrastructure projects from concept to handover,

ensuring excellence in design, execution, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

Lead full lifecycle project management for corporate office buildings, including new

construction, renovations, and expansions.

Develop master schedules, phasing plans, and execution strategies aligned with

business objectives.

Collaborate with architects, consultants, and senior leadership to finalize design intent

and functional requirements.

Construction Oversight

Supervise site activities including excavation, structural works, faade installation,

and finishing.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols, statutory norms, and environmental standards.

Manage vendor mobilization, site logistics, and construction sequencing for minimal

disruption.

Quality Management on Site

Implement rigorous QA/QC protocols across all construction and interior phases.

Conduct material testing, mock-ups, and workmanship inspections.

Maintain NCR logs, test reports, and quality dashboards for internal and client review.

Cost Control & Budgeting

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and budget forecasts.

Monitor cost-to-completion and cash flow projections.

Validate contractor invoices, change orders, and reconciliation statements.

 Approvals & Compliance

Liaise with statutory authorities for building permits, fire NOCs, occupancy

certificates, and environmental clearances.

Ensure documentation for EP, GP, RGP, NRGP, and gate entries is maintained and

audited.

Coordinate internal audits and compliance reviews.

Interior Fitouts & MEP Integration

Lead execution of high-end corporate interiors including workstations, conference

rooms, and executive zones.

Oversee MEP installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety) and ensure

seamless integration with civil works.

Manage vendor coordination for furniture, IT infrastructure, and AV systems.

 Stakeholder & Team Management

Interface with clients, consultants, and internal teams for progress reviews and issue

resolution.

Lead cross-functional teams including civil, MEP, safety, and procurement.

Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Required Skills & Competencies

Deep expertise in corporate office construction, high-rise buildings, and interior

fitouts.

Strong command of QA/QC standards, safety norms, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in cost control, billing, and contract management.

Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and construction ERP platforms.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines.
