Role Overview & Expectations

Position:

Project Manager (2 positions)

Experience:

10 years (strictly not exceeding this significantly)

Industry Preference:

· Non-technology focused project management preferred - program management, transformation, or governance 

Project Type:

· Large-scale transformation programs (e.g., GCC setup, organizational rollouts)

· Could include technology rollouts, but from a governance/program delivery perspective

· Environment:

· Complex matrix organization (local + global stakeholders, business units, enablers, workstreams)

· Must have handled multi-level stakeholder engagement and ownership of a workstream within a larger program

Key Skills & Competencies Required

Core Competencies:

· Strong project/program governance

· Ability to independently own, plan, and deliver workstreams

· Risk & issue management with mitigation planning

· Familiarity with program frameworks, standards, and artifacts

· Stakeholder engagement at multiple levels

Tools & Technical Skills:

· Strong MS Office (PPT, Excel, Outlook) – primary work tools

· Any additional tools (Clarity, MS Project, Power BI) preferred but not mandatory

· Analytical mindset, dashboard & MI preparation skills

Certifications:

· MBA preferred

· PMP desirable

Soft Skills:

· Strong communication & articulation (both verbal & written)

· Ability to drive actions without direct authority

· Problem-solving & root cause analysis

Role Specifics

Pune (Yerwada office)

·
Work Model:

Standard: 60/40 office/WFH policy (based on need, not entitlement)

Candidate should be ready for 5-day office presence if required

·
Nature of Role:

Individual contributor (no direct reports)

Must work with multiple teams (10–15 people) without direct authority

Projects will be people-complex rather than system/tool-complex
