Job Description
To be responsible for integrating technology into our print offerings to align them with our mission of Learning made Simple
KEY Responsibilities
1 .Draft a complete road map for the organization to develop an exhaustive catalogue of products as per the NEP Preparing a template of the book which the publication house should come up with. Commissioning the best author for the same and then supervising the book at each step to deliver a qualitative product at the end of the publishing cycle.
3. Plan and strategize to be the first publisher to offer NEP compliant books in the market
4. Developing the entire product team.
5. Draft all editorial guidelines to ensure accuracy in all content produced.
6. Extensively involved in reviewing, developing and strengthening the content to create and 
develop products with unique features to make them different from what already exists in the market.
7. Also involved in extensive research, identifying the competition, analyzing deeply its strengths and weaknesses, comparing our existing and upcoming titles with the competition and work on bringing a quality product that fills the lacunae existing in the market.
8. Looking after all the editorial parameters and striving constantly to not compromise with the Quality of the product.
9. Looking after the copyright and plagiarism aspects.
10. Finding the gap areas of the company and filling them up with the best option available, which involves extensive market study of the leading title on the subject.
11. Preparing a Stylesheet of the book which the publication house should come up with. Commissioning the best author for the same and then supervising the book at each step to deliver a qualitative product at the end of the publishing cycle.
12. Review of manuscripts, helping in making appropriate advertising materials and giving inputs in all aspects are the added rEducation/Experience
REQUIREMENTS
Education Qualification
Any Bachelor/Master Degree holder
Key Set of Skills / EXPERIENCE
10 – 18 years in educational publishing house Should have worked in prominent Learning/eLearning development companies or their projects.
Strong understanding of the New Education policy and its nuances.
Well versed with NCERT Textbooks and their markets
Must have handled textbooks of grade 11th & 12th or competitive textbooks
Excellent written and verbal communication
