Were now looking for a Recruitment Head to lead our talent acquisition function and strengthen our people strategy as we continue to grow.

Role Overview:

The Recruitment Head will lead and shape the companys overall hiring strategy, ensuring efficient, high-quality recruitment across all departments including Sales, Marketing, Editorial, Operations, and Technology. This role demands a balance of strategic thinking (60%) and hands-on execution (40%), driving both structure and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organization-wide recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a 10-member recruitment team, ensuring strong performance and accountability.
  • Oversee end-to-end hiring processes for all roles and levels across departments.
  • Design and monitor performance metrics, dashboards, and recruitment KPIs to drive team productivity.
  • Partner with leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs and plan workforce requirements.
  • Strengthen the employer brand through effective communication, candidate experience, and visibility.
  • Identify and implement tools, systems, and process improvements for recruitment efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance, consistency, and excellence in all recruitment practices.

Key Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership/team-handling role.
  • Proven track record in building recruitment structures and leading large-scale hiring.
  • Strong people management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution.
  • Experience in publishing, education, or media sectors is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
