The Unit Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial operations at the unit level, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and strategic alignment with organizational goals. This role will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost control, and reporting activities, while acting as a key business partner to operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management & Reporting
  • Manage and monitor the financial performance of the unit, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with company standards and accounting regulations.
  • Analyze variances and provide insights and corrective actions.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Lead the unit's annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
  • Coordinate with department heads to align financial plans with business objectives.
  • Cost Control & Efficiency
  • Identify areas for cost optimization and ensure financial discipline across departments.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and develop strategies to improve profitability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60, ₹70,000.00 per month
