About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening Infotroz Solution Pvt Ltd market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market research. Qualify leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.

Sales Strategy & Market Research:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support sales strategies and business expansion initiatives.

Proposal & Negotiation:

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pricing documents. Support negotiations and assist in closing deals in coordination with senior management.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with internal teams including delivery, technical, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles. Freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for business development may also apply.

Core Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and handle client discussions confidently. Target-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in IT services, consulting, or software sales. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems. Understanding of B2B sales cycles and Agile or project-based delivery models.
