MBA Fresher – Executive, Corporate Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities for IT products and services (e.g., Networking, Hardware, Cloud, Security Solutions).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized IT proposals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Share regular sales reports and customer feedback with the management.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and client needs.
- Mandatory: Report to the office daily before proceeding to client meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: MBA in Marketing/Sales (Batch 2024–2025 preferred).
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in B2B/Corporate Sales, especially in the IT solutions space.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable with in-person role based at Okhla Phase II, New Delhi.
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: ₹3,00,000 Fixed + ₹50,000 Variable Incentives (Performance-Based).
- Tenure-Linked Housing Support:
If the candidate stays within a 3–4 km radius of the office (PG/Flat), 50% of rent will be reimbursed upon successful completion of 1 year with Radiant
