JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) Centre for Distance and Online Education is inviting applications for the role of Admin Executive (Document Verification).
Job Title : Admin Executive (Document Verification)
Responsibilities
- Receive and review student applications and academic documents submitted for ODE admissions.
- Verify eligibility as per programme requirements and UGCDEB guidelines.
- Maintain and update verification records in the ERP or student management system.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with counsellors or applicants for corrections or missing documents.
- Ensure timely completion of document verification within admission timelines.
- Support internal and external audit or compliance reviews related to student documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling student data.
- Assist in preparing admission status reports and verification summaries for management review.
Qualifications and Skills·
- Any Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Administration, or related discipline).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Familiarity with academic documents (mark sheets, certificates, equivalency criteria).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience with ERP/CRM platforms.
- Basic understanding of UGC/DEB regulations for distance and online education.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
