About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office operations at our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will handle a range of administrative and operational responsibilities to ensure smooth functioning across teams.

Work Mode: Work from Office – Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee asset management – tracking and maintaining office equipment and company assets.
  • Manage travel arrangements for employees, including bookings and reimbursements.
  • Handle employee grievance coordination by ensuring timely communication and resolution.
  • Maintain and update data and administrative reports as required by management.
  • Supervise inventory management – keeping stock records, ordering supplies, and managing vendors.
  • Support other administrative tasks such as documentation, facility management, and office coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration or related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, or office management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
