Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Management
  • Build and manage social media presence for leadership and the fund across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other platforms.
  • Develop, curate, and execute high-quality content focused on investment insights, ecosystem updates, and startup narratives.
  • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, ensuring consistent growth and brand visibility.
  • Investment Communication & Branding
  • Translate investment themes, reports, and insights into engaging communication pieces.
  • Create founder stories, portfolio highlights, and ecosystem-driven content.
  • Collaborate with leadership, investment teams, and external partners to ensure message alignment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with founders and teams to highlight success stories.
  • Coordinate with PR and media stakeholders for consistent positioning.
  • Support leadership with presentations, reports, and communication material.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Venture Capital.
  • Strong exposure to content creation and social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage professional social media accounts for funds, founders, or organizations.
  • Creative mindset combined with an analytical approach to digital engagement.
  • Must be Mumbai-based and available to work full-time from the clients office.
