Job Opening: Automobile Sales Executive

An exciting opportunity awaits for an Automobile Sales Executive at our client, an Indian multinational ride-sharing company. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the automobile industry. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a presentable appearance and positive attitude at all times.
  • Manage leads by generating prospects from showroom walk-ins and telephone inquiries.
  • Enter customer inquiries into the system with complete details.
  • Demonstrate the features of the scooter to potential customers.
  • Conduct test rides and effectively convert them into final sales.
  • Address customer queries regarding scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, finance options, and more.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Percentage of test ride completion from scheduled test rides.
  • Percentage of sales conversion from completed test rides.
  • Adherence to processes and SOPs with no deviations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences with no negative feedback.
  • Customer experience (CX) rating.

Experience

1+ year of working experience in automobile sales.

Notice Period

Immediate - 10 days

Qualifications

  • 12th Pass/Graduation/Diploma
  • Sales expertise in automobile industry, preferably in 2W or 4W dealership, retail, insurance, finance, or banking.

Additional Requirements

  • Must know driving and possess a valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills.
