Roles and Responsibilities Maintain a presentable appearance and positive attitude at all times. Manage leads by generating prospects from showroom walk-ins and telephone inquiries. Enter customer inquiries into the system with complete details. Demonstrate the features of the scooter to potential customers. Conduct test rides and effectively convert them into final sales. Address customer queries regarding scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, finance options, and more. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Percentage of test ride completion from scheduled test rides. Percentage of sales conversion from completed test rides. Adherence to processes and SOPs with no deviations. Deliver exceptional customer experiences with no negative feedback. Customer experience (CX) rating. Location MAHARASHTRA Experience 1+ year of working experience in automobile sales. Notice Period Immediate - 10 days Qualifications 12th Pass/Graduation/Diploma Sales expertise in automobile industry, preferably in 2W or 4W dealership, retail, insurance, finance, or banking. Additional Requirements Must know driving and possess a valid driving license. Excellent communication skills.
