If you have a presentable appearance, excellent communication skills, and a drive to provide exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.Roles and ResponsibilitiesMaintain a presentable appearance and positive attitude at all times.Manage leads by generating prospects from showroom walk-ins and telephone inquiries.Enter customer inquiries into the system with complete details.Demonstrate the features of the scooter to potential customers.Conduct test rides and effectively convert them into final sales.Address customer queries regarding scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, finance options, and more.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Percentage of test ride completion from scheduled test rides.Percentage of sales conversion from completed test rides.Adherence to processes and SOPs with no deviations.Deliver exceptional customer experiences with no negative feedback.Customer experience (CX) rating.LocationMAHARASHTRAExperience1+ year of working experience in automobile sales.Notice PeriodImmediate - 10 daysQualifications12th Pass/Graduation/DiplomaSales expertise in automobile industry, preferably in 2W or 4W dealership, retail, insurance, finance, or banking.Additional RequirementsMust know driving and possess a valid driving license.Excellent communication skills.If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, we encourage you to apply and join our team.RequirementsRequirements:1+ year of working experience in automobile sales12th Pass/Graduation/DiplomaSales expertise in the automobile industry, preferably in 2W or 4W dealership, retail, insurance, finance, or bankingDriving licenseExcellent communication skillsBenefitsMAXIMUM SALARY LPA to TA and Incentives
