Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and drive sales growth.

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers on machine tool applications, specifications, and operations.

  • Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and trials to showcase machine tool capabilities and features.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.

  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, such as engineering, service, and marketing, to ensure alignment and support.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine tools, including CNC machining centers, turning centers, grinding machines, and other metalworking equipment.

  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs, identify solutions, and provide technical support.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Typically, in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

  • Industry Experience: Relevant experience in machine tool sales, engineering, or a related field.

  • Certifications: Certifications in sales, engineering, or a related field can be beneficial.

Soft Skills:
