The selected candidate will be a part of our amazing Human Resources team. Location: WORK FROM HOME

Shift Timings: 9 pm to 3 am IST

NOTE This is a remote position, a laptop and strong internet connection is required.

What You Will Do:

• Recruitment for a specific portfolio in a high-volume setting

• Potentially recruit for other senior roles, with time and experience

• Maintain up-to-date job postings and measure their effectiveness

• Cold calling off resume banks; review resumes and screen candidates

• Schedule and coordinate interviews for General Managers

• Respond to telephone and written inquiries from candidates and existing team members

• Participate in relevant conferences, workshops, and similar learning opportunities

• Other HR-related tasks as needed

• A professional presence with an open mind to appreciate and respect other team members and candidates

• Ability to build strong relationships and meet up the expectations of candidates and hiring managers by showcasing the above-mentioned attributes

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience is an asset but not required

• HR education preferred

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check

• Available to work 9:00 pm to 3:00 am IST

• A personal laptop and a strong internet connection
