Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end JioFiber business at the unit Level
- Ensure right manpower availability as per the scope
- Provide necessary on the job training and performance coaching
- Achieve sales target for FTTH business at the Unit/Territory and at individual level
- Drive sales through other channels like general trade, sales partners etc.
- Conduct programs and campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement
- Acquire building and society permissions for the assigned Unit/Territory
- Maintain desired level of Customer Satisfaction Index
- Build relations with local authorities and handle any unforeseen situations and escalations
Education Requirement
Graduation degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
