Eligibility Criteria for participating in an interview:-

  • Min 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite, Data analysis, sales reporting.
  • Proficiency in customer service, contract management, process optimization.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Job role & responsibilities:-

  • Oversee and manage the sales order processing and administration.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales data entries and records.
  • Support the sales team by preparing sales reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with other departments including finance and operations to facilitate smooth sales processes.
  • Monitor and manage sales administration systems to optimize workflows.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales orders.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, proposals and other sales documents.
  • Train and supervise sales administration staff.

Salary:- Rs.22,000 – Rs.35,000/- (Negotiable)
